They hold no verifiable accuracy and should never be taken as absolute. Metaphysical services do not replace professional, medical, legal, or business advice. services are not provided to guide you toward a particular course of action, push you to a specific choice, or exert control over your free will and/or common sense. The contents of any metaphysical service are not legally binding and you are responsible for choosing to engage with The Dancing Bear and all services provided. The Dancing Bear is not, at any time, responsible for any damages, losses, or any other consequences that may result from your choices as a result of your services and has not forced you to receive them. You should always exercise common sense and reasonable judgment. 

By registering for services with The Dancing Bear, you agree to pay the necessary costs of all services. For any services that require a quote, it is understood that your request for a quote is not a request for the services to be rendered- however, services will not be rendered until payment is received. For any services that require members of The Dancing Bear to travel, the standard fee provided by the IRS for mileage will be assessed. The cost of mileage at this time, last updated here in January 2024, is $0.67 per mile. 

All services may be recorded, either via video or voice, for personal protection of The Dancing Bear and its members. These recordings will be kept for a period of up to seven years. At the end of seven years, these files will be deleted from The Dancing Bear’s records. All recordings, invoices, receipts, and contracts may be utilized in official legal, court, or police business. 

Services will not be provided for individuals under the age of 18 without guardian consent and presence. 

With your purchase of a metaphysical service from The Dancing Bear, you indicate that you understand the information as outlined above.
